I.背景信息：

2020年5G元年，通信行業(yè)承蓬勃發(fā)展之態(tài)，各大運(yùn)營商和鐵塔集團(tuán)在布局新一代通訊基站?；居秒娏坎粩嗌仙ㄐ呕局悄芑娏ΡO(jiān)控及節(jié)能管理已成為各運(yùn)營商企業(yè)的研究方向。

而同時(shí)，目前鐵塔基站電力使用存在以下問題：

1.相關(guān)人員竊電行為：

對應(yīng)人員會(huì)依靠基站的供電系統(tǒng)，私自接搭自用設(shè)備。

2.非生產(chǎn)能耗居高不下:

據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析，平均每個(gè)基站空調(diào)的電費(fèi)支出約占整個(gè)基站電費(fèi)支出的54%左右，空調(diào)成為基站機(jī)房中的主要耗電設(shè)備。

3.系統(tǒng)聯(lián)動(dòng)性差:

無法遠(yuǎn)程控制基站設(shè)備和線路，線路出現(xiàn)故障時(shí)無法立即通知相應(yīng)人員并采取措施。

4.基站數(shù)量大，運(yùn)維負(fù)擔(dān)重、效率低：

現(xiàn)有的基站供電系統(tǒng)依然無法滿足用戶對智能化、信息化、可視化、維護(hù)簡便等的日益增加的需求，對系統(tǒng)中蓄電池的故障隱患等沒有預(yù)先感知和判斷，需要運(yùn)維人員不斷的到現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行運(yùn)維服務(wù)，運(yùn)維效率低。

I.Background

The power consumption of base stations continues to rise, intelligent power monitoring and energy-saving management of communication base stations have become the research direction of various operators.

1.At the same time, the current power usage of tower base stations has the following problems:

Electricity stealing by related personnel:

Corresponding personnel will rely on the power supply system of the base station to connect privately used equipment.

2.Non-production energy consumption remains high:

According to statistical analysis, the average electricity expenditure of each base station air conditioner accounts for about 54% of the entire base station electricity expenditure. Air conditioners have become the main power-consuming equipment in the base station computer room.

3.Poor system linkage:

The base station equipment and lines cannot be controlled remotely, and the corresponding personnel cannot be notified and measures taken immediately when the line fails.

4.The number of base stations is large, the operation and maintenance burden is heavy, and the efficiency is low:

The existing base station power supply system still cannot meet the increasing needs of users for intelligence, informatization, visualization, and easy maintenance.
